These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and Target4D ("Company", "us"). You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Target4D will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat or email. Target4D reserves the right to verify a player's identity at any time, particularly prior to processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.
